Rufus has been a member of ADC Fraternity since February 1973 and is one of the founding members.

Current Community Impact: Continues to participate in community related activities and leads repair and maintenance activities to repair, restore and replace battery in medical equipment through Friends Of Disabled Adults And Children (FODAC). Perform FODAC mission by refurbishing medical equipment and enhancing the lives of children and adults that have disability illness or injury.

Goal: Continue to add individuals with disabilities to the list to enhance the life of individuals with a disability, illness or injury by increasing the network of volunteers and partners. Most importantly, help grow the FODAC volunteers’ network to increase the distribution of refurbished equipment and services for adults and children with disabilities to improve their overall quality of life.
