James has been a member of ADC Fraternity since 1974. He served as ADC’s  fifth president from Summer 1976 to Spring 1978. As past President, he led and assisted in providing community service and helped to create a volunteer programs to support the Charleston community. He assisted in greeting students, welcoming them to Baptist College, and introducing them to ADC.

Current Community Impact: Leads as Chairman of the Trustee Board at Langrum Branch Baptist Church, assists and supports programs that feed the needy and handicap, and demonstrating leadership as a role model to young men in the community. Inducted into the Athletic Hall Of Fame at York High School in 2011. model
